Every effort must be made to get supplies and relief as quickly as possible to the sufferers. It is of the greatest importance that there should be a united effort and all other bodies are invited to co-operate.

The names of persons constituting the general and executive Committees which we are in process of forming in London will be published at an early date. Details regarding amounts subscribed will be published from time to time.
